Nick Brown
Director (Project Delivery)
Nick joined Glorcroft in 2008 and with over 27 years of experience in the building and construction industry, his extensive industry knowledge, commitment to quality, and focus on exceptional service have been instrumental to the company’s success. As Director of Project Management, Nick leads the delivery of projects across the business, ensuring the highest standards are maintained while driving efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction. His proactive approach and passion for the industry continue to be key assets to both the company and its clients.
Mick Roberts
Surveying Team / Project Manager
Mick joined the Glorcroft Surveying Team in 2001, bringing valuable hands-on experience from a trade background. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in the surveying and project management sectors, with a particular focus on Education and Public Sector projects. Mick is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of these schemes, applying a practical and solutions-focused approach while ensuring projects are managed efficiently and completed within demanding timescales. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction make him a valued member of the team.
Lisa Brown
Administrative Officer
Lisa joined Glorcroft in 2025 as part of the Administration Team and plays a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. Her responsibilities include compliance management, project administration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate company and project records. Lisa’s organised and methodical approach helps ensure projects run smoothly, while her attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards provide valuable support to both colleagues and clients.
Paul Nichols
Project Manager
Paul joined Glorcroft as an apprentice joiner and developed his skills within the business before pursuing a successful career in the construction industry. Having gained extensive experience in refurbishment projects and conservation repairs, he has now returned to Glorcroft as Project Manager. Paul brings a broad knowledge, combined with a practical understanding of traditional building techniques and project delivery. His hands-on approach, and commitment to quality make him a valuable addition to the project management team.
