Barrie Witterick

Technical Director and Co-Owner

Barrie joined Glorcroft in 1980, trained as a joiner. He has risen through the ranks and is now the co-owner and Technical Director covering all aspects of the business from service delivery through to technical support.

Tim Moldon

Financial Director and Co-Owner

Tim joined Glorcroft in 1992 working in the finance department, and is now co-owner and Financial Director of the company. Although Tim leads on financial matters, he still works closely with the operational division, providing hands on support and oversight into the smooth running of all the contracts.

Alison Wenman

Office Manager

Alison joined Glorcroft in 1997, and having worked in property management and social housing all of her working life, has brought a broad experience of service delivery and a strong sense of customer service focus to the team.

Nick Brown

Surveying Team / Project Manager

Nick joined Glorcroft in 2008 with over 15 years’ experience in building and construction. He has an in-depth and expert knowledge of the industry and understands the importance of quality and service. Nick has a real passion for the job and always demonstrates a pro-active approach.

Mick Roberts

Surveying Team / Project Manager

Mick joined the Glorcroft Surveying Team in 2001 from a trade background. His role includes managing our Public Sector Projects where a practical and logical approach is essential and where working within tight deadlines is vital.

Patrick Sullivan

Surveying Team / Void Management

Patrick joined Glorcroft in 1999 and leads our Void Property Team. Patrick provides surveying services for our Clients within the Social Housing Sector and his wealth of knowledge and experience proves invaluable in understanding our Client’s needs and achieving key performance indicators.

John Jenks

Financial Administrator

John joined Glorcroft in 2001 and his Royal Navy background has provided him with the excellent organisational skills that are required for his role. John’s responsibilities include administration of our day-to-day finances and preparing account reconciliations. John works alongside our Financial Director to develop and administer the Company’s financial procedures.

Team Structure.

The one gripe that usually tops the list of moans in any business is poor communication. So at Glorcroft, we really try to keep everyone in the loop and keep things personal and professional. We believe that sharing information and actually listening to what our clients have to say is key to the success of every project we undertake.
