Team Structure.

The one gripe that usually tops the list of moans in any business is poor communication. So at Glorcroft, we really try to keep everyone in the loop and keep things personal and professional. We believe that sharing information and actually listening to what our clients have to say is key to the success of every project we undertake.

We won’t leave you hanging on the line for hours to get an answer, or get lost in a black hole of call-handling systems.

We are committed to forging good relationships with our clients at all levels. Providing regular, accurate information and support to clients is top of our priority list. And our in-house liaison team acts as the link between you and our management team.

If something changes, on your part, or ours, we know who to talk to to ensure it’s smoothly re-arranged and sorted.

It means that if you have a concern about the project, or maybe need to change dates for your survey or fitting, we’re here to help and make things happen.
